FINANCING A FILM DOES IT MEAN DEPOSITING FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT?

No! It's not. The funds you can deposit directly are for common investing for developments in filming, for which you will obtain a fixed 1% gain per month, but it is calculated at the end of each month. FILM FINANCING is related to Equity and Hedge funding, and it will follow the funding process through specific agreements in the particular operation after a deal and an understanding has been reached. FILM FINANCING amounts will show in your account, where you can find the film projects, that are ongoing, and about your film and your financial relationship with it. Also in your account, you will acces to the updates about the status of the various stages of the film, specific access for the investor will be generated in order to be on top of every moment of the film development from pre-production to production to post-production and ultimately the distribution process where the investor will recoup the invested funds and accumulate the R.O.I. If the investor is interested in applying for financing in Equity or Hedge options, can be applied from her/his account and set an amount she/he would like to finance and the the type of financing, but the funds will be deposited only when documents and contracts necessary for the financing process are signed by the parties through our brokerage and our successive control on behalf of the client as an investor.

• FILM DEVELOPMENTS FINANCING is deposited similarly like a financial institution into your account (1% monthly fixed)
• FILM PRODUCTION and/or DISTRIBUTION(p&a) FINANCING will follow a more detailed process with more specific legal agreements and funds will be deposited into an Escrow account, and terms will be hightlighted in such agreement.
  Such funds will show in your account, from the request to invest to the actual issuance. In your account you will have visual control besides other important functions.

Once you opened the account, you can access to your personal page where there is all information about film products on going, type of investments available, and your account information similarly to a financial institution. There will be all functional buttons to access to the services such as: - deposit funds, request of a withdraw, applying for investing in a film project.

• Deposited funds will gain 1% interest calculated the first day of each month, such funds will be invested in general films operations
• Applying for investing in a specific operation for a film product must be approved by the Marc Talon Investments' board
• Type of investing available: Equity, Hedge, Development.
• Film products: Production (Equity), Full Production(Equity), Developments (Devel.), P&A (Hedge) (P&A refers to a process before the film goes to screens)
• Funds invested in a specific operation will not gain the 1%, but will follow the specific contract for that specific operation, which will be issued at the moment of the funding application. Typically Equity investing will get a ROI averagely 100% in a year. P&A 25% between the sixth to the tenth month. Debts, will follow Equity investing processing.
